House League Cancellation & Release Policy:

Once your registration with North York Storm Girls Hockey League is complete, cancellation charges (below) will apply. Cancellation charges for House League registrations are deducted as follows:

• PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2024: Payment received LESS $100.00
• AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2024: NO REFUND

• *Plus Applicable $85 Hockey Canada, OWHA and Administration Fees.
